Hours Submission Web Site

To help us and you keep track of your required 35 involvement hours, there are four recording periods with mandatory deadlines for submitting your hours:

  • Period 1: July 1 through Nov 30
  • Period 2: Dec 1 through Feb 28
  • Period 3: Mar 1 through Apr 30
  • Period 4: May 1 through June 30 (May 30th for 8th grade families)

Please remember to:

  • Record by the period deadlines.
  • Round your hours to the nearest 0.5 hours.
  • Submit your hours each period even if you have already met your 35 hour requirement.
  • Input your hours after each volunteer activity, using the online form as many times as you'd like within each period.
